Damn, Savithri beat me to the comment. I was gonna say the same thing about our Mom. Nice colours! A great dessert to whip up easily with a tin of mango pulp on hand.
Priya, mango pulp is everyone's favourite and this idea of pouring it over the icecream along with roasted cashews is a great one. I like your sunny title - befitting to image.

@ Savithri & Kanchana: Even I just love the mango pulp. Its a savior during the summer months when the heart craves for the mangoes that I used to have in India ! And will try the pistachios next time :-)
@ Sia: Grab a bowl and get some soon :-)
@ Mythreyee: It sure is Mythreyee, and puurrfect for the mango and sweet cravings that hit right after dinner :P
@ Sharmi: your reply was reallllly quick Sharmi :)
@ Linda: Don't wait any longer, grab the bowl ;)
@ Pritya: Thank you Pritya, that was the only thing that came to my mind...Once the Sun is out the heart and soul crave for the mangoes, the alphonsos, the juicy ones, unripe mangoes..Oh I miss Hyderabad !! Let me stop before I feel the pang again :)
This brought back some nice memories...an ice-cream store in my home-town makes these delicious sundaes topped with mango pulp and cashews! Sure looks delicious!
