  6. Sreelu, I was looking at your flickr stream y'day and was truly impressed by your pics. Wonderful shots ! So out with the tips now ;)

    Arundathi, same here :D

Nandita, I actually loved the colored peppers, but somehow felt the pic was too empty and I did not know how else to place them. I had 2 other peppers, but they wilted away by the time I could come up with a plan!

    Anjali, Thank you Anjali :)

Bee, Thank You! I tried towering the peppers, but they were so out of shape and wilting away that I had to let go of that plan :( and I realized how much work it is to get good shots !! Kudos to you guys :D

  10. Namratha, thank you :)

TBC, I fiddled with the exposure and contrasts, but it looks like I used a eraser or smudge tool right? will try and put up the original in the evening.

Sukanya, Thank you :) I might be repeating myself, but I love your beauty tips, simple and do-able.

  11. Too bad about the peppers. I liked the one with 3 peppers as the DoF added interest to the pic. The second pic looks flat because of the processing but highlights the lovely colors. I think you made a good choice to go with the grape tomatoes. They look delicious and are begging to be eaten!

Are you resizing your pics in the browser? The second one looks a little pixelated.

BTW, Towering Peppers sounds like a great name. :-D

  12. Manisha, I loved the peppers too, the colors were so vibrant naa! But that initial background was a very bad choice :( Next time I buy capsicum, I'm going to get the bg right and also get the tower built ;)

And about the pics, I am linking to the 'medium' size pic in flickr, but blogger defaults them a size of 400px wide, so I change that to 550/500 every time. Is there a better way ?
